When will I get paid if I offer a trial?
You pre-authorize the full price at checkout — so you know the customer has funds. We charge automatically when the trial ends. No chasing payments. No risk. Just more conversions and revenue.
What if the customer’s payment fails after the trial?
RebillEngine™ uses smart retry logic — aligned with payday cycles and high-success windows — to recover failed payments. If the full amount fails, it can automatically tier down and collect partial revenue instead of nothing.
Can I offer upsells or subscriptions with trials?
Yes — and it’s one of the best parts. You can offer full-price or $0 trial upsells during checkout or post-purchase. Customers can also opt into a subscription trial or upgrade to one later. Take rates are surprisingly high when framed the right way.
